How the Consent Banner Works
- On your first visit, “Reject” and “Accept” are shown with equal prominence. The Google tag is not loaded until you choose.
- Scrolling, continuing to browse or ignoring the banner does not count as consent.
- Rejecting does not limit product information, the calculator or the contact options.
- Your choice is stored only in this browser on this device and does not move to other devices. You will be asked again after 12 months or when you delete your browser data.
- If your browser blocks local storage, your choice cannot be saved; the banner appears again on every page and any consent you give applies to that page only.
Changing Your Choice and Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw or give consent at any time through the “Çerez ayarları” (cookie settings) link at the bottom of every page or the button below.
- When you withdraw consent, the Google tag is told that permission has been removed, Google cookies on our domain (
_gcl_,_ga) are deleted, and the Google tag is not loaded at all on later pages. - Withdrawal works for the future; data lawfully processed while your consent was valid is not automatically withdrawn.
- The site cannot delete cookies that Google keeps on its own domains (e.g. doubleclick.net). You can manage those in your browser settings and on My Ad Center.
What Google Receives for Ad Measurement
Sent if you have consented: the ad click identifier, cookie and device identifiers, IP address, browser information, the address of the page you visit and the type of contact click (WhatsApp, phone or form submission).
Never sent: what you type into the form, the WhatsApp message text, the weight calculator list and the PDF content. The site never adds the message text in a WhatsApp link to any measurement event.
Consenting to ad measurement does not mean agreeing to receive commercial messages by email, SMS, phone or WhatsApp.
Legal Basis and Transfers Abroad
The consent record, the calculation list and the intro animation flag are necessary for functions you have explicitly requested and are not sent to the server. All other cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK.
Data collected through Google cookies is processed on the servers of Google LLC (USA); this transfer takes place on the basis of {{KVKK_M9_AKTARIM_DAYANAGI}} provided for in Article 9 of the KVKK.
Fonts, Images and External Links
Fonts and images are served from our own server; the site has no embedded maps, videos or social media plugins. When you click a WhatsApp or Google Maps link, you are taken to that service, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
