Steel and castings for machine building
We supply carbon, structural, quenched and tempered and free-cutting steels, seamless tube and grey iron castings for shafts, gears, housings, bushings and fabricated parts.
Which part, which material?
A single machine-building project needs weldable structural steel for the frame, carbon or quenched and tempered steel for the shafts and free-cutting steel for small parts turned in volume. The right grade decides both the machining cost and the life of the part.
